• Lead and grow a team of engineers, focusing on individual development, team cohesion, and high-quality software delivery.
• Drive execution across projects involving scalable microservices, distributed systems, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate product vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, architectural planning, and incident retrospectives.
• Support your team in delivering high-impact work while maintaining quality, security, and system resiliency.
• Integrate generative and agentic AI capabilities into our platform.
• Champion modern engineering practices such as continuous delivery and test automation.
• Cultivate a culture of trust, ownership, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1–3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale technical initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business priorities.
• A hands-on technical leader comfortable engaging in architecture discussions.
• Passion for helping engineers grow through mentorship and feedback.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve developer experience.
• Strong background in agile development methodologies.
