A Place for Mom is seeking a Senior Manager for the Home Care Engineering Team to lead a talented group of engineers in developing and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports senior care solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with modern, high-traffic applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of CRM capabilities (preferably Salesforce).
• Knowledge of API architecture (REST and GraphQL).
• Experience with data storage methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS Services and CI/CD practices.
