Overview

The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) serves as the key point of contact for all professional patient referrals within a dedicated assigned book of accounts, consisting of hospitals and senior services professionals.

In Short

  • Work as an inside business development salesperson.
  • Identify new account opportunities and grow existing referrals.
  • Achieve monthly referral and move-in goals.
  • Develop business partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage customer referral pipeline using CRM.
  • Generate direct referrals and nurture relationships.
  • Cold-call and manage telephonic appointments.
  • Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors and other teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telephone sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a metric-driven environment.
  • Basic technology skills required.
  • Willingness to comply with company policies.
  • Night and weekend availability as needed.
  • Ability to travel for regional or national meetings.
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection.
