Overview

The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) works as an inside business development salesperson and serves as the key point of contact for all professional patient referrals within a dedicated assigned book of accounts, focusing on hospitals and senior services professionals.

In Short

  • Develop business partnerships to drive patient referrals.
  • Manage customer/referral pipeline using CRM.
  • Generate 25+ direct referrals each month.
  • Nurture relationships to be a thought leader in senior living options.
  • Cold-call and manage telephonic appointments.
  • Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and families.
  • Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors and other teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in telephone sales or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in new business development in healthcare.
  • Success in a metric-driven environment.
  • Basic technology skills required.
  • Willingness to comply with policies and regulations.
  • Night and weekend availability as needed.
  • Ability to travel for meetings.
  • Must have hard-wired internet connection.

Benefits

  • Base Salary $40,000.
  • On Target Earnings: $65,000 (uncapped).
