Overview

The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) is responsible for inside sales, focusing on developing business partnerships with healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals.

In Short

  • Work as a key contact for patient referrals in assigned accounts.
  • Identify new account opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Achieve monthly referral and move-in goals.
  • Manage customer pipeline and record interactions in CRM.
  • Utilize cold-calling and virtual meetings to connect with clients.
  • Provide quality assistance to seniors and their families.
  • Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors and other teams.
  • Maintain a strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Be willing to travel for meetings as needed.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telephone sales or business development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Proven success in a metric-driven environment.
  • Basic technology skills and social media savviness.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000.
  • On target earnings of $65,000 (uncapped).
