In Short

Lead engineering teams for Lead Platform products.
Build systems and processes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years managing high-performance engineering teams.
Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira).
Understanding of API architecture and data storage methodologies.
Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and align teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in Agile environments.
Familiarity with AI-driven development.
