Overview

The Manager, Customer Success, Home Care Division will lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention of and engagement with the home care agencies in our network.

  • Develop streamlined processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate key initiatives through presentations and webinars.
  • Increase customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze data to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide coaching and training to Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team in the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with CRM and efficiency processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
