Contracts Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Administrator supports multiple university partners and internal Placement stakeholders, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner. This role is essential for managing new affiliation agreements and maintaining current agreements, contributing to student retention and on-time placement.

In Short

• Deliver on the contract process from inception to execution.
• Act as a liaison between the site and University for contract processing.
• Ensure accuracy of executed affiliation agreements.
• Document and solicit renewals for expiring agreements.
• Provide exceptional service and support to stakeholders.
• Utilize legal expertise for initial edits and redlining of agreements.
• Conduct audits to assist with regulatory compliance.
• Meet monthly velocity targets for timely placement.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and shared drives.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Legal degree or relevant degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• 1-2 years administrative legal experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with legal and healthcare terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work on remote, global teams.
