Overview

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing and optimizing the contract management system, and developing contract playbooks and fallback guides to support streamlined and consistent contracting practices.

In Short

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts.
  • Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
  • Develop and implement contract playbooks and fallback guides.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contract-related issues.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage renewals and amendments.
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficient in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations.
