Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will support PBM operations with a focus on rebate analytics, pharmacy network economics, and financial performance insights.

In Short

• This is a remote position; however, travel for team meetings and client meetings is expected.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve transparency and operational decision-making.
• Own rebate forecasting and month-end accruals.
• Analyze pharmacy network reimbursement trends.
• Support monthly close for PBM financial lines.
• Build workflows and validations using SQL, Alteryx, and Excel.
• Prepare variance analysis and executive-ready reporting.
• Communicate complex analysis clearly to cross-functional partners.
• Maintain and enhance financial models.
• Improve data quality and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Finance/FP&A or PBM analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Alteryx for building automated workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.
