Overview

We are seeking a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Argentina. A BDR plays a crucial role in driving a company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, securing sales calls, and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities.

In Short

  • Responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers or clients.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Educate prospects about the company's products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting efforts.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze outreach effectiveness.
  • Work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday).
  • Submit résumé in English.
  • Disqualification for direct contact with team members post-viewing job posting.
