Group Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Controller to oversee the financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and control functions across our group of companies. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and supporting strategic financial planning across the organization.

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience in a multi-entity or international business environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
