In Short

• Lead the Finance team and report to the CFO.
• Manage financial reporting and controls.
• Prepare the business for exit readiness.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including banks and auditors.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified with 8+ years PQE.
• Experience at Financial Controller level.
• Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience in managing reporting across multiple geographies.
• Ability to establish new processes quickly.
• Experience in Fintech or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with financial accounting systems.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in a growth-stage company is a plus.
