Overview

As a Solution Delivery Manager at Zuora, you will leverage your experience in managing enterprise-level projects to ensure the successful delivery of multiple solutions, focusing on quality, risk management, and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, 5+ years in project management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or SCM applications.
• Strong client service and consulting experience.
• Ability to manage financial metrics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence and comfort with ambiguity.
• Technical knowledge of scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of web services like XML, SOAP, REST.
• PMI certification is a plus.
