Overview

The Principal Solution Architect is a senior member of the professional services team responsible for the design and architecture of Zuora solutions. The role requires strong consulting skills and the ability to effectively command a room, guiding clients through successful implementations.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of order to cash delivery experience.
• Enterprise-level experience as a Solution Architect.
• Experience with billing and/or CPQ products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Knowledge of system design and integration.
• Experience in leading end-to-end solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
