Overview

As a Manager of Customer Success at Zscaler, you will lead a global team focused on delivering high-impact experiences and solutions for enterprise customers.

In Short

  • Lead strategic programs within the Customer Success Organization.
  • Establish operational goals and delegate assignments to team members.
  • Support and mentor the Customer Success Management (CSM) and Technical Account Management (TAM) team.
  • Develop the team through training and certifications.
  • Increase customer adoption and deployment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in a consultative customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Services, Web-based Security, Networking.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
