Customer Success Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Engineer will work collaboratively with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive adoption, value, and customer outcomes across all segments.

• Ability to translate technical gaps into clear actions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior work experience in similar customer-facing positions.
• Ability to frame and simplify content for various audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Internet and Routing Protocols.
• Knowledge of Authentication and SAML/IdP systems.
• Familiarity with web-based security and network infrastructure solutions.
