Requirements

  • 4+ years in a technical facing role.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations positively.
