Overview

Requirements

• 6+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise customers.
• 2+ years of information security experience.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Strong data analysis skills to review metrics and measure KPIs.
