Senior Service Design Manager - Remote

Overview

ZoomCare is seeking a Senior Service Design Manager to lead the enhancement of patient and provider experiences across outpatient clinics, focusing on optimizing patient care delivery and streamlining provider workflows.

In Short

• Develop and implement patient-centric service design strategies.
• Hold to Zoomcare service standards and help evolve those standards.
• Create provider-focused workflows to improve care delivery efficiency.
• Map and analyze patient journeys to identify pain points.
• Design and optimize clinic operations for effective service delivery.
• Partner with various teams to co-create service improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions for actionable insights.
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to understand needs and preferences.
• Leverage data from EHR and operational systems for service design.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Healthcare Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in service design or clinic operations.
• Expertise in service design methodologies and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems, preferably Athena.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
