Overview

The Service Design Manager will lead, plan, organize, and develop processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within employment services across Canada.

In Short

  • Develop and enhance the Service Delivery Model.
  • Act as the in-house expert regarding the program and services.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of the Service Delivery Model.
  • Assist in the development of supportive IT solutions.
  • Plan, develop, and implement key changes to the service delivery model.
  • Ensure successful adoption of projects and changes.
  • Manage Learning & Development team and initiatives.
  • Use Customer Satisfaction Framework for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Three (3) + years business management experience.
  • Employment/Vocational Services experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience in human services is an asset.
  • Advanced understanding of government funded contracts.
  • Experience developing operating processes and performance standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel as required.
