Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI Design Manager to lead our design team and help us create engaging graphic designs and intuitive user interfaces for our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience.
• Proven success in a lead role in a federal consulting environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Adaptable to client-facing and management responsibilities.
• Ability to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
