In Short

• Remote nursing care through prescription refills and medication prior authorizations.
• Triaging patient calls and responding to inquiries through an online medical portal.
• Support patients to ensure timely and accurate care.
• Work with insurance providers for prior authorizations.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with regulations.
• Provide patient education regarding medication and health management.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on patient care plans.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
• Work Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.
• Must be located in Oregon or Washington state.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon and Washington.
• Strong knowledge of medication management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with insurance processes.
• Certification in nursing specialties is a plus.

• Salary Range: $102,000 - $108,000 dependent on experience.
