• Lead the triage nursing team to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Oversee the development of triage processes and resources.
• Ensure patient concerns are addressed upon first contact.
• Review performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison with the Product and Operations teams.
• Answer triage calls and respond to patient cases.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
• Assist in scheduling patients and managing workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in clinical triage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead diverse teams.
• Demonstrated program development capabilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
