Overview

The Center Nurse at Oak Street Health is responsible for building strong relationships with patients, coordinating their care, and ensuring a seamless experience through competent nursing care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
