The Client Solutions Architect is responsible for leading and solutioning opportunities in IT infrastructure services, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services.
• 5+ years in a pre-sales role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Expertise in Networking and related technologies.
• CCIE certification or higher.
• Understanding of cloud-based computing.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
