Overview

The Diagnostics Technical Specialist (DTS) provides onsite support to veterinary clinics and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the utilization of diagnostic products.

In Short

• Provide onsite support to veterinary clinics and laboratories.

• Travel within assigned territory, up to 70% of the time.
• Document daily activities and customer interactions.

• Maintain knowledge of veterinary clinic operations.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs as needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Knowledge of animal disease states and diagnostic products preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within PA.
• Ability to create and deliver training effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred.
