Overview

We are seeking a highly capable individual for the role of Account Manager in the US Petcare Division, responsible for maximizing sales performance within the assigned geography through solution selling and territory management.

In Short

• Meet overall sales objectives and key growth product quotas.
• Launch new products and generate equipment leads.
• Demonstrate solution selling capabilities and veterinary practice expertise.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan.
• Meet field activity expectations and investment in medical education programs.

• Manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings as required.
• Possess a degree and 3-10 years of consultative sales experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required.
• 3-10 years of successful consultative sales experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoetis systems.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Willingness to accept feedback and learn continuously.
