Overview

The Account Manager at M3 Global Research is responsible for engaging clients, managing the bidding process, and supporting existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities in the healthcare market research space.

  • Manage bid requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Project Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in market research or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift).
  • Proven track record in sales and client management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt research approaches to meet client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing proposals and strategic communications.
  • Ability to diplomatically handle client issues.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams.
