Senior Bidder - Market Research - Remote

Overview

The Senior Bidder will support client relationship management and sales strategy within a market research agency specializing in healthcare.

In Short

• Facilitate bid processes by qualifying RFPs and writing proposals.
• Develop effective pricing for clients.
• Work with Account and Sales Directors to enhance client relationships.
• Assist the Client Services Team during project delivery.
• Comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong understanding of the company’s offerings.
• Previous experience in pre-sales and proposal management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-centric mindset with prior customer service experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Bidder and 5-8 years as a Senior Bidder.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-centric mindset; previous customer service experience is a plus.
