The Senior Market Research Manager at PointClickCare develops and amplifies voice of the customer insights and is responsible for translating complex business objectives to multi-faceted learning plans and delivering actionable insights that further a customer-centric culture.

• Mentor Research Managers/Analysts.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in marketing research and consumer insights.
• Experience with various research methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills and statistical modeling experience.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply insights to strategic business issues.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or sciences.
