Overview

The Client Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients throughout their time with PracticeMatch, contributing to healthcare innovation.

In Short

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate renewal contracts with clients.
• Onboard new clients and develop maintenance plans.
• Resolve client issues with products.
• Upsell additional products and solutions.
• Perform monthly health checks on accounts.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in CRM.
• Travel to client locations and events.
• Exhibit a professional attitude towards clients.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Account Management.
• At least 2 years of account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience in the Physician Recruitment Industry is a plus.
