Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Software Engineer: Data and Integrations at M3 USA.

In Short

• The Data & Integrations Engineer is responsible for data pipelines, system integrations, and custom software solutions.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and web applications to support business operations.
• Integrate third-party SaaS platforms into business workflows.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Pulumi.
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines to integrate and transform data.
• Support Tableau dashboards and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation for efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Participate in code review and maintain readable, documented code.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and new challenges.

Requirements

• Required: SQL, Python, AWS (Lambda, S3), infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi/Terraform), REST APIs, Tableau, generative AI coding tools.
• Preferred: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, TypeScript, Google Analytics/GTM, LLM APIs, healthcare/clinical trials experience.
• Startup or small-team experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Broad knowledge across many technologies.
• Adaptable and energized by new challenges.
