Overview

The Part-Time Contract Manager will manage the full lifecycle of contracts for M3 USA, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies while supporting negotiations and internal stakeholders.

• Manage full contract lifecycle including drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Analyze contract requirements and ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations.
• Draft and prepare contract documents for internal review.
• Coordinate contract review with internal stakeholders.

• Administer executed agreements and track key obligations.
• Improve contract administration policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation to internal teams.
• Support commercial contract matters related to licensing agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with market research contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of legal terminology relevant to contracts.
• Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
• Experience with contract management solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
