Overview

The Freelance Interview Host will assist the Market Research Project Management team by managing online interviews and ensuring successful project completion while addressing technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Fluent in German or Japanese.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical steps clearly.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
