Overview

As a Freelance Interview Host, you will assist the Market Research Project Management team by managing online interviews, ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time while meeting client expectations.

In Short

• Facilitate online interviews for market research studies.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare respondents for interviews and ensure timely participation.
• Support moderator and interpreter training sessions.
• Document technical issues and resolutions.
• Communicate with the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
• Stay updated on product features and enhancements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Fluency in either German or Japanese is required.
• Experience with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
