Senior Market Research Analyst - Remote

Overview

Emerald Research Group is looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst with a client-oriented mindset who will execute high-impact projects for a variety of tech clients, blending qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data to create compelling narratives and deliver impactful insights.

In Short

• Produce surveys, screeners, discussion guides, and other work product that aligns with research design objectives.
• Understand and apply best practices and client-specific standards across various types of research methods.
• Oversee programming of surveys with limited supervision and monitor fieldwork under direction from a more senior colleague.
• Create crosstabs in Decipher and Q that are properly formatted for review by senior colleagues.
• Deliver actionable insights and reports tailored to the client’s unique business problem.
• Create visuals that convey learnings accurately for diverse audiences.
• Participate in client-facing presentations with senior colleagues.
• Actively contribute to discussions and demonstrate a desire to engage with clients and teams.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and bring a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Show strong ownership of project delivery and commitment to improving skills and expertise.

Requirements

• A 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 2 years of market research, marketing, or consulting experience.
• Experience with statistical software and research tools (e.g., Q, Decipher, SPSS Data Collection, Qualtrics).
• Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate advanced competency with key tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
