The Account Director is a senior member of the team building strong, trusting relationships with clients by ensuring excellence in delivery, clear communication, and sound strategic guidance.

  • Collaborate with Programme Management and Operations teams.
  • Identify renewal opportunities within existing clients.
  • Establish Master Service Agreements with client contacts.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify clients' business objectives.
  • Experience in building sustainable client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in leading a team.
  • Strong business relationships in Pharma/Healthcare.
  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in strategic healthcare roles.
  • Ability to present to senior management.
  • Experience in formulating client proposals.
