The Account Director at JLL will lead a dynamic team in overseeing the operational excellence of a diverse portfolio of services within the commercial real estate sector, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In Short

  • Manage assigned sites within the account-owned and/or occupied portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee facility management services and third-party relationships.
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support staff development and planning.
  • Plan preventative maintenance and emergency schedules.
  • Enhance client relationships to include additional services.
  • Build actionable career development plans for direct reports.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or related field preferred.
  • IFMA certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
  • Knowledge of business and accounting practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
