Overview

As an Account Director at VONQ, you will play a pivotal role in building new partnerships and driving business growth while collaborating with various teams to enhance recruitment marketing.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent VONQ at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to offer solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years in sales, account management, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability.
  • Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
