The Servicing Oversight Specialist supports the management of manufactured housing loans in default, focusing on operator communication and property inspection oversight.

• Serve as the primary liaison with manufactured home community operators during the default lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Collections and Loss Mitigation teams for account updates.
• Order, track, and review field inspections for timely execution.
• Monitor and escalate indicators of abandonment or unresponsiveness.
• Support voluntary surrender processing and documentation tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and updates.
• Standardize inspection workflows and reporting formats.
• Assist Collections team in confirming property conditions.
• Partner with Loss Mitigation for account status validation.
• Ensure compliance with servicing standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or default management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with default servicing milestones.
• Experience using servicing platforms and inspection vendor portals is a plus.
