Overview

The Partner Success Manager will focus on driving client success and retention for the Rentals Sales Team, working with multifamily rental management companies across the US.

In Short

  • Become an expert in Zillow Rentals Network products and services.
  • Make approximately 40 calls per day to increase participation from rental management companies.
  • Use Salesforce.com and Salesloft for prospecting and managing opportunities.
  • Communicate performance expectations clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed revenue, retention, and activity-based KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers through high-level conversations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product and sales improvements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Contribute to the organization’s achievements and core values.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Tableau.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
