The StreetEasy Signature Partner Engagement Specialist will support the Partner Engagement Strategy team in enhancing StreetEasy's value proposition within the real estate industry, focusing on building connections between consumers and agents in NYC.

• Support the Concierge partner network through acquisition and management.
• Hit quarterly goals for consumer and partner connections.
• Provide guidance to external audiences like consumers and agents.
• Learn and utilize the Concierge database for matching consumers with agents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring a satisfying real estate experience.
• Understand compliance guidelines related to agency relationships and fair housing.
• Learn Zillow Premier Agent systems and processes.
• Work with data confirmation and partner outreach efforts.
• Possibly work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Must hold a valid real estate license in New York.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate with a focus on customer engagement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help.
• Understanding of compliance guidelines and ethical standards.
• Local to the NYC area.
• Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.
