In Short

  • Own the Partner Lifecycle and guide partners from onboarding to value realization.
  • Drive Adoption & Enablement through technical onboarding and training sessions.
  • Build Strategic Relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Measure & Optimize Performance based on partner engagement and outcomes.
  • Resolve & Escalate partner-related issues effectively.
  • Contribute to Partner Playbooks & Content creation.
  • Enable Joint GTM Success with Channel and Sales teams.
  • Influence Product Direction by relaying partner feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Partner Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of MSSP/MSP business models.
  • Technical fluency in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term partner relationships.
  • Experience supporting revenue-based goals tied to partner adoption.
  • Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with CS tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Willingness to travel to partner sites and industry events (~10–30%).
