The Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption in the field of mobile cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • 5+ years in customer success roles, preferably in security.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Domain expertise in mobility and security is highly desirable.
