Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering.
  • Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
