Overview

As a Customer Solution Engineer at Weaviate, you will provide hands-on technical guidance to ensure enterprise customers effectively utilize our vector database, while collaborating with engineering teams and contributing to product development.

In Short

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for Weaviate's products.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve software issues.

  • Design and implement activities to support the growing customer base.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a technical role, preferably with software or database technologies.
  • Experience with Python and/or Go, and AI use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure as code tools.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset dedicated to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
