Overview

As part of our Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing projects that ensure growth and GTM excellence at Zenjob.

In Short

  • You will drive specific projects that promote growth, operational excellence, and quality.
  • You will work closely with various teams and take on versatile tasks – from market analysis to business and strategy planning to product development and implementation.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will operate independently, bring fresh impulses, and keep the threads together between stakeholders in the company.
  • You will identify and evaluate opportunities in underdeveloped markets or areas with limited product-market fit, developing strategic and actionable plans to drive growth.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university.
  • You bring 1-3 years of work experience in a startup, consulting, corporate business development/finance, venture capital, or similar fields.
  • You have very good analytical skills and an affinity for understanding complex issues and solving problems.
  • You have a can-do mentality, tackle projects, and lead them diligently and reliably to completion.
  • You speak fluent English and German and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at eye level.
