Requirements

• 7+ years of HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Expertise in conducting investigations.
• Strong judgment and discretion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
