Overview

The Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across executive and HR functions in a remote company.

In Short

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate executive off-sites, company-wide meetings, and culture initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including expense reporting.
  • Complete and track employment verification requests.
  • Maintain HR compliance documentation.
  • Support HR operations and onboarding processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • G-Workspace and macOS knowledge preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in HR is a plus.
